His teachers - Lászlóné Péczely (primary school), Ernő Nagy (high school), Aurél Tillai (JPTE), István Párkai, Tibor Stark, Imre Földes (Budapest) - made a very deep impression on him, when he conceived the concept creation. The idea was realized in 1996, when he was noticed by a national textbook publisher as a singing and music consultant in Baranya County, who, seeing his imagination in the new concept, immediately introduced it. This idea has been realized in a 12-CD series, proven to be timeless as it was published for more than two decades with continuous corrections. At that time, they were also asked to review the textbooks, which were corrected together with his colleague József Tihanyi.

This work was a resounding success in Hungarian singing and music education, as this material was the first one published in CD format, producing excellent sound quality, which praises the work of the do-lá studio, László Dobos. In 2015, he was invited to Carnegie Hall in New York. This could not have happened that year, but the invitation from the American side were still valid. 2015 is also an important year in other respects, as it is launching a civic initiative to establish a music association, defining a target system for cultivating the traditions of Hungarian choral art. Thus, in the autumn of 2015, the PANNON MUSIC ASSOCIATION was formed, which first established a children's choir and then set the goal of forming additional singing communities. The construction was successful, Tamás Schóber took the stage with the Pannon Children's Choir in June 2017 at the Carnegie Hall in New York. During the tour, they gave several concerts in New York, and then also in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In the summer of 2019, they embark on a Canada-US tour with the Pannon Children's Choir, the Pannon Mixed Choir. The 24-day program of the tour is of paramount importance, as they undertake to promote compositions written for Hungarian children's choirs on the American continent. Patrons of the tour: ZOLTÁNNÉ KODÁLY, DR. PÉTER HOPPÁL Ministerial Commissioner, DR. MISETA ATTILA, Rector of PTE.

They perform in this extraordinary concert tour in Calgary, Vancouver, Missoula, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Cleveland, New York, New Jersey. At these concerts, the children's choir sings exclusively Hungarian choral compositions. It is also possible for their conductor to present his own works worldwide, so that the works of Tamás Schóber stand out to the American audience. The children's choir was then invited from Japan. Thus, in January 2020, the PTE Pannon Children's Choir performed with success in Tokyo, Kyoto, Kobe and Osaka. The occasion was the Sing’n Pray KOBEI INTERNATIONAL CHOIR COMPETITION, where Tamás Schóber's own work could already be included in the competition program, thus winning the favor of the professional jury.

They became regular participants in Zoltán Mága's New Year's Concert in Budapest, and the choir is becoming more and more well-known all over the country. Contributing to this is the fact that Bartók Radio often gives the choir and the conductor the opportunity to express themselves, so the trips and the results achieved were presented several times. One of the professional recognitions is that the processing of his choral work of Béla Bartók: „Ne menj el” was filmed several times by Bartók Radio.
